design and budget

Budget and visuals are required for us to create your package. Your inquiry will be returned if this section is not completed if you are sending a mood board instead of a pinterest link, note n/a in the pinterest link area.

planner's information

If you are working with, or plan to hire an outside planner, their information is required. If you do not plan on hiring a planner or coordinator list your information. If you're not sure, note unsure in each block.
