Why wait for answers. We've collected our most frequently asked questions and answered them below.

  • Booking and Reserving the date
    Our availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. To confirm an order review the quote thouroughly, read and sign the contract and pay the retainer. Quotes will continue to be offered until the date is booked. Once we receive a confirmed order, availability is closed.
  • Prices
    We offer package pricing. Itemization is not available. One of our friendly designers will work with you to create a package that is in line with your vision, rental needs and budget. Packages include Rental Items Round Trip Delivery Order Preparation Installation Standard Cleaning (excluding deep cleaning) Restocking
  • Minimums
    Depending on location on the Big Island there may be a minimum of up to $3,000.
  • Additional fees
    The following instances will incur additional fees. The fees are applied to the card on file following the event Damaged rentals Missing items Rush orders or add ons Items not handled properly (which will require additional services, such as re-packing and pre-rinsing) Non removal of flowers and décor from rentals For help with knowing how to order, read your contract about Breakage and Overages
  • Service Area
    We serve The Big Island of Hawaii Island with Planning Services and Pemium Rentals.
  • Installation
    Most items in our collection require special handling by our team, EXCEPT for items listed below. If you rent these items we recommend hiring a day of coordinator to set up and arrange for handling after use to avoid additional fees. The rentals that do NOT require TEAM-HIE set up and can be ordered for delivery only; Linen Tableware Small Décor Pieces Most Vases Some Textiles Select Furnishings
  • Sample Order
    Check out our gallerie page to see our collection in action. If you would like to see rentals in person, place a sample order. The rental fee for your sample order is transferable to the materialized event order for the same or similar items. The details of the event you need the rentals for is required to place a sample order. Delivery fee is non-transferable.
  • Linen Care
    Linens are packed and delivered in boxes, similar to popular mail order linen companies. Unlike an event venue which provides linens on site, we deliver rentals to your event space. Services such as steaming linens during set up is not available due to time restraints. Linens returned or collected with glue, florist putty, tape, wax, pen marks, rips and other damages will be charged the full replacement cost. Damage charges does not entitle the renter to ownership of said item(s). Read more about this in the terms and conditions of your order
  • Tabletop and Catering Equipment Care
    Our tableware collection should never be put in the dishwasher or heated in any way. Rinse and pack items according to the unique instructions provided in your terms and conditions. *Improper handling and packing is subject to additional handling fees
