WHAT DO WE DO ANYWAYOffering every wedding and event rental from tent to tabletop and (almost) eveyrthing in between. Our premium rentals are still lovingly crafted and collected as they have been for more than two and a half decades. With our 27+ years of event design and planning we bring a unique perspective to the table. Although we no longer offer planning or coordination, we understand the nuances of wedding day timelines, lighting coverage, power challenges and so much more than you could imagine. Unless you plan weddings for a living, having Hawaii Island Events guide you is the best way to ensure nothing is overlooked.

THE PROCESSUnlike a typical rental company. We work with our clients to design a rental package that takes their venue, wishlist and other factors into consideration. Itemization, catalogs and price lists are not available. Send us your request. 01. Go to the Inquire tab 02. Fill out the form (if you haven't already) with the following information for each event; Date Location (if more than one location is used for each part of your event, detail the timing and what goes into each space Earliest load in time (If additional days are available, such as the day beore, pleasde indicate that and not the timing) Event start time Event end time (this will be the load out time Design deck, pinterest link or any photos and details that will help us understand your desired look and feel. The more detail you share the better we understand your vision. This is the basis for the whole design. Over share...please! List of all the required items and counts for each. 03. Your request is reviewed If we're available, we’ll get busy creating a rental pacakge with available items from our collection that are in line with your design perameters. You can switch out pieces for other styles in the same tier without impacting your package price. We are happy to work with you to make all the adjustments you need. If we're not available you will be notified promptly so you have time to find suitable alternatives. 04. Book If you're happy with your package, sign the contract and pay the retainer and you're all set!

BOOKING + RESERVING THE DATEOur availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. To confirm your order, review the quote thouroughly, sign the contract and pay the 30%, non-refundable retainer. Quotes will continue to be offered until the date is booked. PRICES+ PAYMENTWe offer package pricing, Itemization is not available. One of our friendly designers will work with you to create a package that is in line with your vision, rental needs and budget. Packages include *read your contract for personalized information Rental Items Round Trip Delivery Order Preparation Installation for most items (tabletop items excluded) Standard Cleaning (excluding deep cleaning) Restocking after the event Forms of payment accepted US checks up to 60 days before load in *ACH (up to 60 days in advance, must be requested) *Credit card *convenience fees apply

MINIMUMSDepending on location on the Big Island there may be a minimum of up to $3,000.

ADDITIONAL FEESThe following instances will incur additional fees. The fees are applied to the card on file following the event Damaged rentals Missing items Rush orders or add ons Items not handled properly (which will require additional services, such as rinsing or packing) Leaving flowers and décor items attached to rentals For help with knowing how to order, read your contract about Breakage and Overages

INSTALLATIONMost items in our collection require special handling by our team, EXCEPT for items listed below. If you rent these items we recommend hiring a day of coordinator to set up and arrange for handling after use to avoid additional fees. SAMPLE ORDERCheck out our portfolio to see our collection in action. If you would like to see rentals in person, place a sample order. The rental fee for your sample order is transferable to the materialized event for the same or similar items. The details of the event you need the rentals for is required to place a sample order. The delivery fee is non-transferable.
