Two positions open

⮞ Set up Crew set up the event (from 4 to 10 hours, varies by event)

⮞ Strike Crew (Typically starts at 9:00pm or 10:00pm)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• ​Reliable and responsible

• Able to follow detailed instructions but is able to pivot if there are changes to the set up

• Team Player

• Have reliable transportation and phone

• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 75lbs

• Be able to stand for long periods of time and tolerate the heat and other weather conditions when setting up outdoors

• Available to work long hours, early morning and/or late nights when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ​Clean and sanitize, rentals, equipment and vehicles including cleaning and maintaining the warehouse and vehicles

• Accurately count and pull orders by using pull sheets

• Load and safely transport orders to the venue

• Must be able to comprehend the overall vision for each project, including following diagrams

• Is able to work efficiently to complete tasks on time

• Must be assertive with customers and able to adhere to the contract, regardless of pressure

• Able to use and follow GPS when and if needed

Pay:

• $18 to $30 after probation + Possible bonuses (bonuses are based on performance and reliability)

Schedule:

• Part time, hours vary. The more you’re available the more room for growth

• HIE closes for Ironman, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years so employees can enjoy time with ohana

Work Location:

• Multiple locations on the Big Island but mostly in Kailua Kona
