Inspect and accept (sign for) delivery the day before the event
Transport the rentals to the space and set the tables
Remove charger plates before the first course
Ensure charger plates are clean before packing. Do not stack more than 20 glass chargers at any given time
Collect the rentals and properly RINSE CLEAN the washable pieces (RINSE IN COLD ONLY NO HOT WATER OR CHEMICALS and remove all food and debris from chargers. Chargers are not washable)
Return rentals to crates as listed on the packing slips
Have rentals ready for pick up by 3:00pm the day after the event
Do not mix glassware
